1 orange with rind chopped 1 stock cinnamon
3 cloves 2 cup water
2 c. sugar 1 lb. fresh cranberries
1/4 c. brandy
Simmer orange/rind, cinnamon/cloves and water for 10 minutes. Add sugar and cranberries and simmer until berries pop. Remove cinnamon and cloves. Add 1/4 cup brandy and refrigerate.
