Hot Ham Sandwiches                                    Jan Peterson

24 buns                                                      1 1/2 lb. shaved ham

3/4 lb. Swiss cheese ‑ grated                         1/2 lb. butter/or oleo

3 Tablespoons dry mustard                          1 1/2 Tbls. poppy seed

1 small onion chopped fine

Mix mustard, poppy seed and onion into butter.  Spread mixture on both halves of bun.  Place ham and cheese on top.  Wrap individually in aluminum foil.  Warm in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
