Sirloin Tip Italian Beef                                                   Becky Grasso

4 to 4 1/2 lbs. beef

Season beef and roast until rare.  Let cool (refrigerate overnight).  Slice thin.  Add two cups water to drippings, 1 can beef consume, 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. rosemary, 1 tsp. accent and 1 stick butter.  Simmer for 15 minutes.  Let marinate two hours.  Heat and serve.
