Chocolate French Silk Pie                        Sharon Congleton Benda

1 Baked Pie Shell

1 stick soft oleo                        3/4 cup sugar

2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled

1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix above ingredients with mixer.  Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beat 10 minutes.  Pile high in baked pie shell.  Mound with Cool Whip and slivered almonds just before serving.  This pie freezes very well ‑ or store in refrigerator.
