Chocolate Pie                                                 Sharon Congleton Benda

1 - 6 oz. package chocolate chips                  2 Tablespoons sugar

3 Tablespoons whipping cream

Melt together over low heat in heavy saucepan.

4 eggs separated                                            1 tsp. vanilla

Add vanilla to chocolate mixture.  Add egg yolks separately to mixture and mix well after each.  Beat whites until stiff.  Fold chocolate mixture into whites.  Pour into baked 9 inch pie shell.  Chill until firm.  Keep refrigerated.  Serve with whipped cream.
