Graham Cracker Pie                                       Grandma Petersen (Lil)

16 graham crackers rolled fine                       1 teaspoon flour

1/2 cup butter melted                                      1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix as for pie crust.  Put 1/2 mixture into pie tin.

Custard:

3 egg yolks                                                      1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla                                           2 cups milk

2 Tablespoons cornstarch

Cook together until this mixture coats the spoon.  Pour into the pie pan.

Meringue

Make meringue of 3 egg whites and 3 Tablespoons sugar.  Spread on top of custard.  Sprinkle remaining cracker crumb mixture over top of meringue.  Bake in oven at 325 until meringue is brown.
