Kahlua Pecan Pie                                           Jan Peterson

Cream:

1/4 cup butter                                                  3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla                                                    2 Tbsp. flour

Beat in:

3 eggs (one at a time)                                     1/2 cup dark corn syrup

3/4 cup evaporated milk                                  1 cup whole pecans

1/2 cup Kahlua

Pour into unbaked pie crust.  Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, reducing heat to 225 and bake until firm - about 40 minutes.  Chill, serve with whipped cream.  This recipe came from one of the secretaries that sat next to me at Johnson Wax.
