Creamy Mashed Potato Bake                        Jan Peterson

 

Combine:

3 c. hot mashed potatoes                        1 c. low fat or non-fat sour cream

1/4 c. milk                        1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. chives                        1 Tbsp. butter buds or butter

 

1-1/3 c. French Fried Onions                        1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese

½ c. crumbled bacon

2 qt. baking dish

 

Spoon mixture into dish.  Bake 30 minutes or until hot.  Top with cheese, bacon and onions.  Bake 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted and onions are golden brown.
