Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes                        Sue Jahns

5lbs. potatoes boiled and mashed

 

Add:

1 cup sour cream                        4 oz. cream cheese

1 egg                        1 tsp. onion salt

2 Tbsp. Butter

 

Bake 30 minutes at 350.  I use more potatoes.  You can make these two days ahead.  I chop one onion and add when I boil my potatoes.
