Tater Tot Casserole                        Kurt Congleton

Bake at 350 for one hour. 


Combine in lg. Bowl:

2 lbs. Tater Tots                        1 can cream of mushroom soup             

1 - 8 oz. carton sour cream                        5 oz. Cheddar Cheese

1/2 c. onions                        1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper                        1/2 c. butter (melted)



1 c. crushed corn flakes                        2 Tbsp. melted butter


Pour mixture into 9 x 13 greased pan.  Mix crushed corn flakes and butter, sprinkle over top of the casserole. 

(I got this recipe from a friend.  It's different than the one Mom used to make us.  It makes a great side dish and is really good.)
