Chocolate Eclair Dessert                        LaVerne Scholze

 

2 small boxes French vanilla pudding                        3 cups milk

1 - 8 oz. Carton of Cool Whip                        1 box graham crackers

1 can chocolate frosting

 

Mix pudding and milk with whisk 1 or 2 minutes.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Grease 9 x 12 pan lightly

Layer

1.  Crackers (not crushed)

2.  Pudding mixture

3.  Crackers

4.  Pudding Mix

5.  Crackers

Soften chocolate frosting in microwave.  Spread over top.  Refrigerate overnight.
