Strawberry Cheese Cake Irene Woodward

1 Pillsbury Pie Crust

Bake at 450 for 9 to 11 minutes

Filling

1 - 8 oz. cream cheese softened 1/3 cup sugar

1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 cup whipping cream whipped

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 Tbsp. Crisco

4 cups fresh strawberries

In large bowl, beat cream cheese, add sugar and almond extract. Fold in whipped cream, spoon into cooled pie shell. Put strawberries on top with points up. Refrigerate. In small pan melt chips with Crisco. Drizzle on top of pie and berries.
