Baked French Fries                        Jan Peterson

2 1/4 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4" slices

1 Tbsp. Cooking oil

Garlic Salt and pepper to taste

Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.  Coat potatoes with oil and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.  Bake at 425 for 35 minutes, turning potatoes one time with a spatula.
