I Graham Cracker Crust

1 pkg. 3 oz. sugar free Jello                                    2/3 cup boiling water

1 - 8 oz carton low fat cottage cheese                  1 - 8 oz. pkg. low fat cream cheese

2 cups lite Cool Whip                                                1 cup lite cherry pie filling

 

Spray 8" spring form pan or 9" pie pan with Pam.  Completely dissolve Jello in water and pour into blender and add cream cheese and cottage cheese.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into bowl, add Cool Whip.  Pour into prepared pan.  Chill until set.  Top with Cherry Pie filling (or any other kind of pie filling) when ready to serve
