Pasta Fruit Salad (Low Fat and Low Cal) Jan Peterson
1 cup uncooked pasta 1 small can unsweetened pineapple chunks
1 Large naval orange, cut into pieces 1 cup halved red grapes
1 cup halved green grapes 1 medium apple unpeeled, chopped
1 large banana, sliced 1 - 8 oz lemon yogurt - no fat
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
Cook pasta, drain and rinse in cold water. Add fruit. Combine yogurt and orange juice concentrate, pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and chill for several yours. 1 cup equals 192 calories, 1 gram fat.
