SALADS

Acini De Pepe Salad    Lynn Petersen

1 pkg. Acini De Pepe pasta

4 qts. Water

Cook 8 - 10 minutes or unitl done train.

 

Cook slowly until thickened

4 eggs - beaten until foamy

4 T. flour

2 tsp. salt

Juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges

3/4 c. sugar

 

2 - 20 oz. cans crushed pineapple drained

2 c. miniature marshmallows

2 lg. cans mandarin oranges

2 c. whipping cram

2 c. sugar

 

After the cooked mixture has cooled, combine all ingredients.  Add whipped cream last before serving.
