Cinnamon Apple Mold                                                             Jeannette Isaacson

Place 1/4 cup red cinnamon candies and 1 cup hot water in saucepan.  Cook over medium heat until candies are melted.  Dissolve 1 - 3 oz. package apple jello (or lemon if apple not available) and a dash of salt in hot liquid.  Add 1 1/2 cups cold sweetened applesauce.  Chill until firm.  I double this sometimes, using less water).
