Cole Slaw Crunch Salad                                                        Irene Woodward

Dressing

1 cup oil                                                                                   1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup vinegar

2 pkg. seasoning from Roman noodles soup - beef flavor

Salad

2 pkg. Roman Noodles                                                           1 lb. cole slaw in bag

1 cup sunflower seeds                                                           1 cup slivered almonds, toasted

1 bunch green onions, cup up                                                2 carrots peeled and slivered

Prepare dressing night before.  Break up Roman noodles into small pieces.  Add sunflower seeds and remaining ingredients as close to serving time as possible.  (If you use Fresh Express cole slaw, you don't need carrots.)
