Craisin Broccoli Salad                        Becky Grasso

5 c.  broccoli, washed & cut into small bite-size pieces            1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

2 lb bacon pieces fried crisp            1 c. craisins

3/4 c. pecans toasted in 1 T. butter            2 c. red onion, chopped

Dressing

1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise            1/3 tsp. pepper

4 Tbsp. Sugar            4 Tbsp. Raspberry vinegar           

½ tsp. salt

Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.  Combine dressing

 Ingredients in a small bowl.  Mix thoroughly using a fork or wire whisk.  Add dressing

to salad and mix well.  Refrigerate 1 hour.  Makes 8 to 10 servings.
