Crunchy Bacon Coleslaw                                             Jan Peterson

¾ cup salad dressing                                                   ½ cup chopped peanuts

1 Tbsp. sugur                                                               1 Tbsp. cider vinegar

4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

4 cups shredded green cabbage                                   1 cup shredded red cabbage

Mix salad dressing, sugar and vinegar in large bowl.  Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.  Refrigerate.  Serves 8.
