Frozen Fruit Salad                                                      Deloris Isaacson

Combine 1 teaspoon gelatin and 2 Tablespoons lemon juice.  Set cup in pan of boiling water, stirring occasionally.  Add:

1 - 3 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese                        1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon salt                                                        1 Tablespoons sugar

Blend well and fold in:

1/4 cup heavy cream whipped                                    1/2 cup chopped nuts

1/4 cup quartered maraschino cherries

1 3/4 cups drained, crushed pineapple

Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze.  Slice and serve on salad greens
