Mandarin Chicken Salad                                             Karen Breiwick

2 cups cooked chicken                                               1 Tablespoon chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt                                                           2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Mix together and refrigerate overnight.  Add:

1 cup seedless grapes                                               1 cup mandarin oranges

1 box curly noodles                                                     1 cup celery chopped

1/2 cup Miracle Whip                                                  1/2 cup cooked dressing

1/2 pint whipped cream.

Toss, refrigerate until served
