Molded Rhubarb Salad                                               Hillery Isaacson

3 cups diced rhubarb                                                  2 cups water  

1 2/3 cup sugar                                                           1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello

1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Over medium heat, cook rhubarb in water until tender - about 5 min.  Remove from heat, stir in sugar and jello until dissolved.  Add pineapple and nuts.  Pour into 6 cup mold.  Chill
