Orange Cheese Salad                                                Jan Peterson

3 oz. cream cheese                                                    1 cup nuts (optional)

32 large marshmallows                                              1 cup crushed pineapple

1 1/2 cups whipped cream                                         3 small box orange jello

Mix jello as directed on box.  Put cheese, marshmallows and 1/2 cup jello mix in top of double boiler.  Put on top of boiling water until melted.  Put 1/2 of the remaining jello mix in pan approx 2 x 6 x 12".  Let set until hard.  When marshmallow mix is cold, add nuts pineapple and whipped cream.  Pour on top of hard jello.  When this has set, pour rest of jello on top.  (Other flavored jello may also be used.)
