Peach Jello                                                                 Irene Woodward

2 - 3 oz. pkg. peach jello                                             2 cups hot water

1 can peaches                                                            2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream

Add peach juice and enough cold water to make two cups.  Boil and stir in one pkg. peach jello.  When jello starts to set, fold in sliced peaches.  Chill until set.  Mix second pkg. peach jello with 1 cup hot water.  When cool, fold in two cups ice cream.   Pour over top of jello and chill until set.
