Peach Jell-o                                                                Hillary Isaacson

1 - 3 oz. lemon Jell-o                                                  3/4 cup boiling water

1 cup orange juice                                                      1 env. whipped topping (or Cool Whip)

1 - 3 oz. cream cheese                                              1/4 cup chopped pecans

Peach Layer

1 - 3 oz. pkg. lemon Jell-o                                           1 cup boiling water

1 can peach pie filling

First Layer - dissolve Jell-o in hot water.  Add juice.  Chill until partially set.  Beat cream cheese and fold into whipped topping - add nuts and fold into Jell-o.  Put in 8" square pan until set.  Second Layer.  Dissolve Jell-o in hot water, stir in pie filling.  Chill until partially set.  Pour over first layer.  Chill until set.
