Pineapple/Pretzel Salad                                        Faith Monty

1 – 8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip                                      1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

½ cup sugar                                  20 oz. crushed pineapple

                                                           (well drained)

½ cup Butter                                 1/3 cup sugar

1 cup crushed pretzels            

Melt butter and 1/3 cup sugar in fry pan and brown crushed pretzels in them.  Cool

Mix ½ cup sugar, cream cheese, then add crushed pineapple and Cool Whip.  Stir in pretzels right before serving.
