Pineapple Salad                                                          Aunt Bud Rowlands

1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple drained                  1 package (3 oz.) lime jello

2 packages (3 oz.) cream cheese                             1 jar (2 oz.) pimentos, diced

1 cup whipped cream                                                 1/2 cup diced celery

1 cup chopped walnuts

Heat pineapple juice to boiling.  Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.  Add cheese and beat until smooth and blend.  Add pineapple and chill until partially thickened.  Fold in remaining ingredients.  Turn into large mold or into individual molds and chill until firm.
