Sauerkraut Salad                                                        Bev Helling

1 large can kraut                                                         2 cups celery (diced)

2 cups coarsely grated carrots                                   1 small onion

1 green pepper                                                           

Bring to boil:

1 cup cider vinegar                                                     2 cups sugar

Simmer 10 minutes.  Mix all ingredients well while still warm.
