Chinese Chicken Wings                           Sue Jahns

2 cup soy sauce                                         1 cup pineapple juice

1/3 cup packed brown sugar                  2 - 3 lb. chicken wings

1 tsp. garlic salt                                           1 tsp. ground ginger

2 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients except chicken.  Discard  tips.   Place wings in pan, add soy sauce marinade.  Refrigerate 24 hrs.,  turning occasionally.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until golden brown.
