Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Chris Peterson
12 - 30 whole mushrooms 3 Tbsp. butter
1 slice of bread 1 or
2 garden onions chopped fine
1 - 6 oz. can minced crab,
drained 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
sauce
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
(shredded) 1 or 2
pcs. fried bacon
Parmesan cheese
Cut up bread fine and place
in oven - turn on oven. When oven
reaches 375 turn off and remove bread crumbs from oven. Saute mushroom stems and onion in
butter. Add Worcestershire sauce and
stir. Add bread crumbs and stir. Add minced crab and stir. Last add mozzarella cheese and stir. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture. Break off pieces of fried bacon and place on
each stuffed mushroom. Microwave on a
plate on high 2 to 3 minutes. Don't
cook them too long or they will collapse.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
