2 – 12 oz. Jars picked herring 4 Tbsp. Powdered. sugar
8 oz. Sour cream 1 white
onion, thinly sliced
Rinse and drain
herring. Remove old onion. Mix sour cream, powdered sugar and
onion. Add drained herring and mix
well. Refrigerate four hours before
serving. Serve chilled.
