Liver Sausage Nut Ball Jan Peterson
1 lb. liver sausage 1/4 cup
mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. pickle relish 1 tsp.
Worcestershire
3 drops Tabasco sauce Dash garlic salt
4 oz. cream cheese 2 Tbsp.
minced onion
Mix well and pack firmly
into small saran lined bowl. Chill
overnight.
Mix
4 oz. cream cheese 1 Tbsp.
cream
Turn ball out of bowl and
uncover. Spread with cream cheese
mixture. Sprinkle with nuts if
desired. This was served pig-out day
when I worked at Johnson's Wax and when asked for the recipe was told his wife
was a gourmet cook and did not give out her recipes. We came up with this and it was as good, if not better, than
hers. Needless to say, I passed the
recipe out at work.
