Sombrero Dip Jan Peterson
1 2 lb. ground beef 2 cup
catsup
1 Tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt
2 cup chopped onion 1 - 8 oz. can
kidney beans (mashed)
Topping:
1//4 cup chopped onion 10 large stuffed
olives
1 2 cup shredded cheddar
cheese
Brown meat and onions with
salt. Mash kidney beans with liquid and
stir in browned meat with catsup and chili powder. Bake at 350 degrees until hot ‑ approximately 25 minutes
(or in microwave). Add onions, cheese
and olives on top and return to oven until cheese is melted. Arrange garnishes in circle starting with
onions in the center, then olives, then cheese.
