Spinach Balls                                      Tim Helling

2 Pkg. Chopped spinach                         2 cup  herb stuffing mix

6  Beaten eggs                                     2 Onions, chopped

3/4 Tbsp  Pepper                                 1/2 tsp  Thyme

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder                           1/2 cup  Parmesan cheese

3/4 cup  Melted butter

 

Cook and drain spinach.  Add remaining ingredients.  Shape into balls

Bake at 350F for 20 minutes
