Pumpkin Nut Bread Joyce

3 1/4 cup flour 1
½ cups sugar
3/4 cup quick
oatmeal 1
½ cups brown sugar packed
2 tsp. baking soda 1 ½
tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp. baking
powder ½
cup water
½ tsp. salt ½
cup oil
3 eggs ½
cup canned milk
1 3/4 cup pumpkin
pie (15 oz. can) 1 cup
chopped nuts
Combine dry
ingredients. Beat eggs, pumpkin,
sugars, water, oil and milk in large bowl.
Put flour mixture into pumpkin mixture, beat on low speed until blended,
stir in nuts. Put into 2 - 9 x 5 loaf
pans. Bake in 350 oven for 60 or 70
minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove from pans.
