Apple Cake Aunt Agnes O'Gorman

2 cups flour 3 tsp. baking powder

2 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 cup shortening 1 egg

3/4 cup milk Apples and Raisins

Streusel

1 cup sugar 3 Tbsp. flour

3 Tbsp. butter cinnamon

Put over top of cake and bake in moderate oven 35 to 40 minutes
