Mix in bowl:
2 cups flour 2
tsp. Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon 1
tsp. Salt
With electric mixer, in a
bowl combine:
1 3/4 cup sugar 1
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs 3
cups grated carrots
½ cup walnuts (optional)
Add the flour mixture
slowly while mixing. Pour into large
rectangular pan (sprayed with Pam).
Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting for Carrot Cake
1 lb. Powdered sugar 1
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
1/4 cup butter 2
tsp. Vanilla
Beat. Frost cooled cake and refrigerate overnight
because it tastes way better the next day.
