Strawberry Yogurt Cake Kelly Briski

1 pkg white cake mix

3/4 cup water

1/3 cup veg oil

3 egg whites

2 - 6oz containers strawberry yogurt

1 or 2 drops red food coloring

6 oz cool whip

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cake mix, water, oil, egg whties and 1 container yogurt in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 sec. Beat on medium speed 1 min. Pour into greased cake pan. Bake 25-30 mins. Let cool.

Stir together yogurt & food color; fold in whipped topping. Spread over cake. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
