2 cups sugar 1/2
cup thin cream
1/2 cup chopped nuts 2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 cup chopped raisins
2 Tablespoons coconut 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cook sugar, cornstarch, cream, butter and
salt to soft ball stage (236F). Cool to
room temperature. Beat until thick and
creamy. Add raisins, nuts coconut and
vanilla. Beat until can be
handled. Knead until smooth and
creamy. Shape in rolls and slice.
