Green Bean/Crunchy Biscuit and Chicken Casserole Lois

5 oz. cans boned chicken or 2 cups cooked chicken

can cream of chicken soup (not diluted)

- 8 oz. can French style green beans, drained - or it's equivalent in frozen
French style green beans, cooked

- 4 oz. can mushrooms, or 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms

cup mayonnaise

cup shredded cheddar cheese

tsp. lemon juice
1
- 10 oz. tube refrigerated biscuits

to 2 T. melted butter

germ
Combine
chicken, soup, green beans, mushrooms, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and lemon
juice in saucepan. Heat until bubbly. Pour into a shallow 2 quart
baking dish. Separate biscuit dough, brush with 1 to 2 Tablespoons melted
butter and dip into wheat germ. Place biscuits on top of chicken
mixture. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
