Cat’s Parmesan Chicken Cat Helling

4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 - 4 Tsp. Melted margarine or butter

½ cup grated Parmesan ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs

Wash chicken, dredge in margarine, then in bread crumbs. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes. Time may vary due to breast thickness. Serve as is or with a bed of noodles and sauce topped with grated cheese.
