Chicken Casserole Ione Oertel
2# chicken breast cooked and diced 2 - 10 oz. Pkg. Frozen broccoli
2 cups milk 2
- 8 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese
1 tsp. Salt 3/4
tsp. Garlic salt
1 ½ cup shredded Parmesan 1
- 8 oz. Can of mushrooms
Cook chicken and dice. Cook broccoli, drain, and arrange in 9 x 13 pan. Blend milk, cream cheese and spices and
heat. Add one half of the Parmesan,
juice and mushrooms. Cook until
smooth. Put half the sauce on broccoli,
add layer of chicken and the rest of the sauce. Top with remaining chicken.
Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Add
can of french fried onions rings the last 10 minutes.
