Crunchy Lemon Dill
Salmon Becky Grasso
1 1/3 cups French
Fried Durkee Onions ½ tsp. dill week
½ tsp. lemon pepper 6 portions
salmon fillets (1 ½#)
2 tsp. Spicy brown
mustard (I used Dijon)
Mix onions with dill
week and lemon pepper in a plastic bag.
Crush with hands or rolling pin.
Brush salmon with mustard and coat top of salmon with seasoned onion
crumbs. Bake salmon at 350 degrees for
20 minutes or until salmon is flaky and white inside. (Becky just puts mustard
on the salmon, added dill week and lemon pepper and sprinkled the whole can of durkee onions on top and baked)
