Lattice Top Chicken Mary Isaacson
1 can cream of potato soup 1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt 2 cups chicken (cut up)
1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower 1 cup shredded cheddar
cheese
1 can French Fried Onions 1 can crescent rolls
Combine soup, milk, salt,
chicken and vegetables, 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the onions. Place in 8 x 12" dish. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Unwrap rolls, separate into two rectangles,
place together. Cut lengthwise into
three strips. Place strips on top of
casserole. Bake 15 minutes and top with
remaining cheese and onion. Bake 3 ‑
5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
Makes 4 to 6 servings. Mary
served this at club and it was an instant hit.
