Pork Chop Casserole Jan Peterson
1 box Uncle Ben's seasoned
long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom
soup 1 can Chinese
vegetables
1 1/2 - 2 cups water 1 can water chestnuts
drained
4 - 6 browned pork chops
Mix all but chops and place
in 3 quart casserole. Top with
chops. Bake at 350 degrees for one
hour.
