Tangy Meatloaf Becky Grasso
2 eggs 2
cups oatmeal
1 can evaporated milk 1
cup chopped onion
2 tsp. Salt ½
tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Garlic Powder 3
lbs. Lean ground beef
Sauce
2 cups ketchup 1
½ cups packed brown sugar
½ cup chopped onion ½
tsp. Garlic powder
In large bowl, beat
eggs. Add doats, milk, onion, salt,
pepper and garlic powder. Add the
ground beef, mix well. Place in two
loaf pans. Bake uncovered at 375 for
about an hour - or until done. Remove
from oven and drain. Pour sauce over
meatloaf and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
