Tom's Open Fire Stew Tom Helling
In large cast iron pot over
open fire, brown any meat with an onion.
Add seasoning salt. Add beer or
wine, then a small can of orange juice or grapefruit juice. Add any vegetables desired ‑ potatoes,
carrots, beans, celery, etc. Tom is
always prepared for extra guests. He
just adds whatever is in the kitchen such as an extra cup of noodles, can of
corn, macaroni and more liquid. It's
delicious.
