6 egg yolks, beaten well.

Add

1/2 cup sugar 1 pint milk

6 egg whites beaten 1/4 cup sugar

Add to egg yolks. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. rum. Garnish with whipped cream and nutmeg
