Quick Hot Chocolate Jeri Scott

3 squares unsweetened chocolate (broken into pieces)

1/2 cup sugar pinch of salt

3 3/4 cup hot water

1 package instant milk (enough to make 1 quart)

Blend chocolate in blender at high speed for 5‑6 seconds. Turn mixer on low speed and add sugar, salt and milk. Gradually add hot water.
